The Accessible Web Publishing Wizard for Microsoft Office can be purchased online at our Webstore or by Purchase Orders. If you have purchased a Standard License or Enterprise License, the key will be e-mailed to you after receipt of your payment.

Standard Licensing
A Standard License is licensed to an individual for use on up to two computer systems for their exclusive use. The license cannot be transferred to any other individual. Minor upgrades to the Wizard (i.e. 2.x to 2.x) are free. Major upgrades to the Wizard (i.e. 2.x to 3.x) will require an upgrade fee.
You will be provided with a software key after receipt of your payment to unlock the full functions of the Wizard. You will be prompted for the key during installation. The Wizard is an add-in for MS Office, therefore you now see a new option - "Save As Accessible Web Page" - under the FILE menu. It is not a stand alone .exe program.

Enterprise Licensing
Enterprise licenses allow the Accessible Wizard for Microsoft® Office to be used on a large number of computers at a much smaller unit cost than standard pricing. Enterprise licenses allow use of the Accessible Wizard for one year periods of time with free updates to any new releases during the license period. At the end of each licensing year the license must be renewed or you must discontinue use of the software.
You will be provided with a software key after receipt of your payment to unlock the full functions of the Accessible Wizard. You will be prompted for the key during or after installation. The Accessible Wizard is an add-in for MS Office, and is not a stand alone .exe program.
